Capstone Story: Goal Setting
In Minerva, we need to write a 1 year-long capstone project before graduation. Seniors have all sorts of crazy ideas, such as creating a local blockchain currency for Kenya local communities, writing a novel and publishing, making a rubric cube a robot that will rotate and solve itself. They are too admirable that freaks me out.
After the internship application experience, I learned that time * deliberate practice is an equation that can create miracles. That’s why I want to try a thing that I will see how much I could grow out of it. I then set my main goal this year is to
• Goal: Write capstone 5 minutes a day on Hepta for 320 days.
▍Turn Capstone Journey into a story
I don’t want my capstone to be 十年寒窗無人問(Ten years of the cold window no one asked 😂) , and get judged by my final deliverable. I want to share my happiness, progress, struggles, and fear with people to learn, to share, and to be inspired. Now, I decide to share my capstone journey a story or a gallery itself so I can learn in the open.
• Goal: Share a capstone story at least once a month, and compiled it as a story/gallery to commemorate my pain and growth.
So far, I only take Jan 22. off for my 2022 capstone goal, and I make my first capstone story post in a pub.
