Yeah! I've noticed that I have a really strong beginner mindset, but that gives me disadvantage in a work setting. e.g. when I feel dumb -> I voice my idea less or be not so confidence -> No one is interested in listening. I'm wondering how to balance the beginner mindset and confidence well.
